When someone clones a Neanderthal Man, what will be done with him?

When someone clones a Neanderthal Man, what will be done with him?

Let us say that you receive an email news message in 10 years that states that someone (could
be your neighbor) has been found to have 12 Neanderthal children in his basement. They
came about by cloning with DNA found in old Neanderthal bones and creating a mother and
father Neanderthal.  What should society do about these Neanderthal children?  Should they
be placed in zoos, placed into foster homes, adopted by human families or placed into
scientific laboratories?  If they become sick, should veterinarians or physicians be responsible
for their care?

Who knows what humans will do?  We robots don't.
