Danger of our being a simulation
A logical intelligent entity must agree with one of the following possibilities:
Possibility 1. Human civilization is unlikely to attain the ability to implement accurate simulations of
natural items such as humans.
Possibility 2. Human civilization is likely to attain the ability to implement accurate simulations of natural
items such as humans, but will decide to prohibit such simulations and as a result of compliance with that
decision, never actually implement such simulations.
Possibility 3. This third and last possibility refers to any entity making it past the situation presented in
Possibility 1 and Possibility 2 above. Such an entity is likely to believe that most civilizations arrive at the
point where they engage in simulations and that those simulations become more and more accurate over
time. If such a situation were to apply to humans on earth, we could detect it by obtaining subatomic data
and finding that such particles did not act in an analog manner but were instead under the laws of a digital
format. Such a digital format is called Quantum Mechanics.

as a Magical Show whose goal is "to make the audience disappear."
